Aims of ÁGORA project
In order to improve the present situation of the urban trade it is a real challenge to elaborate an ICT based training system, integrating the competencies expected by the managers and the owners, respectively by the customers, thus making possible the professional management in the urban retail trade.

Elaboration of a training package and training tools for the development of key competencies

Constitution of the project management and quality management teams
Planning project management, quality management and dissemination activities

2. Comparative analysis of the competencies in the urban trade sector in the participating countries
Analysis of the training system and training programmes for the sector
Analysis of the competencies developed by formal, non-formal and informal learning
3. Elaboration of competency frameworks resulting for the 3 forms of learning
Definition and systematisation at transnational levels of the competencies developed in formal, non-formal and informal learning
Development of the three competency frameworks
4. Development of the competency framework for the urban trade sector fomenting the excellent professional management
