Organisational Development
Organisational development has a wide scope, ranging over several organisational elements and systems, from organisational structure, management processes, decision making authority, elaboration of organisational, functional and other special regulations, to the development of cooperation skills for the management team. In the process of developing a solution suited to the organisation we work together with a team from the company. This method is effective from various points of view because problem definitions are more realistic, solutions are more suitable for the organisation and the involvement in the elaboration process has as result a higher commitment in implementing the solution. Additionally, the establishment of a welded internal problem-solving team is an important achievement.
Our main activities:
- 1. Cluster development
- Supporting the creation of clusters and virtual enterprises is a relatively new activity. Ergofit prepared a model for cluster development including the set-up of the cluster, the administrative, organisational and human conditions for the functioning of the network which was successfully applied for the Central-Hungarian Fashion Cluster development.
- 2. Organisational development consulting
- The Client's manager in charge with organisational development problems gets a permanent partner from the Consultant, to whom he exposes the current problem, gets his professional opinion on the matter, and who, as an "external eye", can point out the organisational development problems, and professionally supports the manager when other external OD projects are initiated.
- 3. Change management
- Nowadays change is the lifeblood of an organisation. We assist managers in planning and communicating change, gaining the acceptance of stakeholders for carrying out the change process, and handling the conflicts arising during this process.
