Work and Production Organisation
Our company defines "work and production organisation" on a wide scale, containing the classical workplace and operation planning, as well as plant organisation, conveyance of materials, storage, office work organisation.
Our main activities:
- 1. Work organisation
- In work organisation activity we search answers for the problems put forward by the Client and choose the methods most suitable to the nature of the problems. Among our frequently used methods we enumerate motion analysis methods (MTM, MOST), work study methods, ergonomic techniques and methods regarding physical and social environment, value analysis and others. We solve work organisation tasks not only by taking into account the engineering point of view, but we treat and solve the problem as a complex one, using principles and tools of ergonomics, production management and human resource management.
- 2. Enhancement of the effectiveness of production systems
- Our services are needed with different aims, but mostly they are destined to enhance human labour efficiency in a production system with low costs and without supplementary investments. The results talk for themselves: quite often a work organisation program leads to a 100-150% increase in productivity. The supervision of norms and development of training programmes concerning norms are frequent consulting tasks.
- 3. Ergonomics Consulting
- In order to sustain the working capacity on long term we analyse and assess the work processes, the activities, the ergonomic characteristics of the workplace. On this basis, using ergonomic risk assessment we elaborate solution for improving the work process and the working settings.
