Our methodology is based on a thorough cooperation with the Client consisting of joint problem-solving or management system development in project-teams. This allows us to combine professional knowledge of Client's specialists and managers with our consultants' methodological and team-management know-how, also taking into account the elements of the organisational culture and the strategic goals. As a result of our collaboration, the consultancy process is also a human resource development process, as participants gain new skills and abilities, and will be able to use and further develop the elaborated systems.
